I am a current homeowner and have had my DACA for about 3 years now. With everything that is going on I would like to know what can happen to my house if DACA is taken away from us? My house is paid off already, but I just want to know what can happen to it. It is scary to think that one day it might be taken away and also that the government or anyone else would get to keep the home.

I was approved for the second time for the DACA program. I've been married for a year and so, we have a child, financial and a stepson who I love so much together. We decided to apply for my adjustment of status and would like to do it ourselves. As we have nothing to hide and everything is there if they decide to look. My question is Where do we start? What applications do we need to file? Me and my wife are currently researching and would like some expert advise. My job provides discounted legal services but I would really like to know more about this process and get it started it. Any help is very much appreciated!

My wife was the one that filled out the application through Covered California. She was under the impression that DACA recipients were lawfully present so she entered my ssn and send a copy of my ead card. The authorized rep that helped pick a plan as well as a customer service rep told her that DACA recipients were indeed eligible for benefits. The application was approved for both of our subsidies but I recently heard that DACA recipients were excluded from Obama Care so she immediately cancelled the policy. We were planning to adjust my status since she is a USC but I am worried that this mistake will cost me my green card or even cause an issue when trying to renew my DACA application.

whats the point of getting daca, what changes when getting daca? what rights do we have, working?? we being working for many years in the US and yet we still get away with it, DACA or not can still get jobs, what benefits do students get? its still really hard to get scholarships, why get DACA then?? Their a low chance a daca student we qualify for student aid. Also we still cant have the opportunity to participate in the military, why?? some of us actually want to have the opportunity, but get it taken away just cause we are not citizens and we don't have a simple number(social number) which because of that simple number, it destroys a lot of peoples goals and dreams? why not give us the chance, the right to become a citizen I think some of us deserves it, not all of us are criminals, but were fighters who have to struggle to sustain a good life because of the lack of opportunities.

Also, I am under 21 (I am 19 years old going on 20) if that matters and my husband will also, turn 20. We do not have kids so even if I do apply would I still be able get parole in place? my sister was on vacation with friends family and her friends family wanted to go to progreso but she didn't realize progreso was in mexico, they were only there for about 2 hours just buying souvenirs, when they were coming back they were at the check point, officer asked if they were citizens of the us, she has never been in a situation like that and she got scared and panicked so she said yes. he made them go inside the building and another officer asked again and that's when she showed my DACA card. Officer gave 2 options to either go back to her country or to ask for asylum. so she had chosen asylum because she am afraid to return to my country since she doesn't know anyone or anything over there. she has been living in the US since she was 6 years old and she is 19 now. it was a big misunderstanding.. will they let her stay in the us or will they send her back?

Donald Trump has invested decades in the spotlight, as well off land designer, an unscripted tv star, and, in the previous 18 months, a to a great degree powerful political fomenter, if not a smooth political administrator. We comprehend what he resemble, and it is outlandish to surmise that the workplace of the United States president will change quite a bit of it. The question now is the thing that he will do. The 2016 race crusade was constantly long on identity, and even essential minutes for talk—the civil arguments, for example—felt woefully short on substance. Be that as it may, Trump has flagged his aims on a few key issues. What's more, now we'd best begin focusing. Movement Trump's first activities on movement will probably be toppling the arrangements that US president Barack Obama set up to ensure undocumented foreigners. https://www.pumaloans.co.uk/

I applied for DACA back in 2014 and my renewal is approaching; however, with Trump coming in to office and there being a very large grey area on the status of DACA's continuation, I am considering just heading back to England. I entered the US legally with a 90 day visa back in 2000 with my family, and I was just curious what the probationary period, if there is one at all, would be to re-enter the US and file the correct paperwork for a green card/dual citizenship.

I couldn't reenew my daca because I ended up getting two misdemeanors and got a voluntary departure. I came to the U.S. when I was young and stayed illegally. But I ended up getting a daca so I had a status for a little bit to stay, then it got expired for couple months before I was sent out. So I'm wondering if they are going to give me a ten year bar to reenter the country. They havent told me when i could come back yet. If you could answer my question I would greatly appreciate it.

I will soon be 18 years old, and I want to apply for Daca. I have met all the requirements in order to be eligible to apply for DACA. However, considering I will be 18 in two months, I was wondering if... 1) I apply at the age of 18, will my parents need to give me permission and have to sign paper work for me, or will I be able to apply by myself? 2) If I am able to apply by myself at the age of 18, will be be better then, or would it be better if I apply now and have my parents have to file all the paperwork? Thank you.

I was born in the US, but my fiance came from Hong Kong as a child without inspection (his family came through Canada). He got accepted to DACA in 2012 and things are going fine with that for now. We're getting married in 10 months and have no idea how to proceed in his next steps to become a permanent resident. I've heard he may have to file Advanced Parole and reenter the country. I'm personally very scared about this option and worried about things that can go wrong. What are our options?
